When you create an account on LoomiNex, you agree to:

LoomiNex provides a platform for users to arrange trades. We are not a party to any trade between users. You acknowledge and agree that:

• •LoomiNex is not responsible for scams, failed trades, or disputes between users
• •You will not use the trading platform to scam, deceive, or defraud other users
• •We may remove trade listings that violate our guidelines at any time

You retain ownership of content you create on LoomiNex (such as sets, teams, and comments). However, by posting content, you grant LoomiNex a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content within our platform.

You agree not to post content that:

• •Is offensive, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
• •Contains spam, malware, or misleading information
• •Infringes on the intellectual property of others
• •Violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

LoomiNex may host tournaments and giveaways from time to time. By participating, you agree to:

• •Follow the specific rules posted for each event
• •Not exploit bugs or use unfair advantages
• •Accept the decisions of event organizers as final

We reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate event rules or these Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• •Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform
• •Impersonate other users or LoomiNex staff
• •Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• •Engage in harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
• •Circumvent any account suspension or ban

LoomiNex is a fan-made platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Llama Train Studio or Roblox Corporation. All Loomian Legacy game content, names, and assets belong to their respective owners.

The LoomiNex platform design, code, and original content are the property of LoomiNex and may not be reproduced without permission.

LoomiNex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• •The platform will be available at all times without interruption
• •Game data and values displayed are perfectly accurate or up-to-date
• •Trades arranged through the platform will be completed successfully

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoomiNex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

When you use LoomiNex, we collect and store certain information including:

• •Your Roblox username, display name, and avatar (provided during authentication)
• •Content you create on the platform (trades, sets, teams, comments)
• •Basic usage data for platform functionality

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the LoomiNex platform.
